Very nice. Big and round, but with good tannins, and a bit of spice. I look forward to trying this again when I'll have a chance to pay more attention.

Rich and spicey wine with depth and an abundance of flavour. Will last for years, not quite at peak yet but still drinkable. Not sure about value for money though....

Dark in color, almost black. Aromas of raisin, spices and blackberry follow through to a full body, with chewy tannins and a long, powerful finish. Has loads of fruit and toasty oak. This is exciting. A new 1947? Best after 2016. 2,415 cases made.
