Color: Deeper garnet with some purple flecks



Nose: Good dark fruit, but more oak than I typically like with toasty vanilla and some dusty notes



Palate: Full-bodied, this has some great black fruit with red on the finish, but it is a bit overwhelmed by the heavy toasted oak.

Color: Lighter burgundy



Nose: Good aromatics of dusty red fruit including raspberry, cranberry, tarter cherry and rhubarb.



Palate: Quite tasty with mouthwatering acidity and more of that dusty fruit found in the nose, made dusty by the perceptible tannins. Medium-bodied with a bright and slightly smoky finish.

Color: Pale yellow



Nose: Good fuller green fruit flavors like kiwi and other white tropical fruit. Less citrus and strong grassiness from more standard NZ SB.



Palate: Similar to the nose, this is not a zingy Sauv Blanc, but maybe even more in the Napa style with a slightly fuller mouth with crispness but not zingy, racy acidity. All tropical fruit all the time, with little to no lemon or other citrus. Good!

Color: Pale straw, with a medium-fine bead.



Nose: Some lemon and slight yeasty aromas, along with a candied almost synthetic scent as well.



Palate: Very unbalanced with that same candied flavor as in the nose and very harsh on the palate. Some interesting yeastiness in the finish.

Reddish-brick colored wine that may need some aging. Spritzy and fruity, but a litle unbalanced.

Light, fruity, fair body, good finish

C: Lighter garnet



N: Some white pepper, spice, bright raspberry, with black cherry undertones



P: Good spice, some great acidity, slight smoke, but not oaky, cranberry fruit with some silky tannins in finish and finally raspberry with some mineral med-full.

Very good white. Serves well alone or with a meal. Has body.

Color: Pale straw with yellow highlights



Nose: Semi-intense aromas of citrus, particularly lime and lemon, followed by a little grassiness, typical for this wine



Palate: Good acidity, despite the age, but this wine has lost a little of its intensity. Those aromas persist on the palate with a little bit of minerality at the end in the crisp finish with a hint of sweetness. That sweetness becomes more apparent in the finish after being open for a number of hours. Good, tho, particularly since I got this for 3 dollars a bottle by the case as my house white!

Lithe, with very good focus to a bright beam of lime, stone, grapefruit and grass flavors. A hint of lemon peel carries through the finish. Drink now. 30,000 cases made.

Fleshy and ripe, with very good depth to lemon curd, mango and candied pink grapefruit flavors. Lemon-lime, horseradish and wet stone undertones linger. Drink now. 4,500 cases made.

Aromatic and lithe, with tangy lime, sweet pineapple, gravel and grass flavors. Fragrant hyacinth adds intrigue. Drink now. 15,000 cases imported.

Nice and crisp with just a little bit of acidity.

Decent, metallic taste, light, sweet. Would be better for a couple dollars less.
