Tasted by stevetimko. Interesting wine. Darker than the Gavoty rose but this was lighter bodied and more delicate. No strong fruit flavors like most rose. Some soft, understated strawberry flavors but also rose petals. This is so delicate it almost seemed overpowered by the food at times. Best finish of any rose I've ever tasted. I had one of these a year ago but it's evolved a lot since then. Other than the delicacy, there's nothing that says pinot noir, though. It will be interesting to try one of these again in a year. Tasted by beachnic. Ripe, expressive nose. Fruit driven foward style with some earth in the nose and adequate acidity. Elegant. Should be a crowd pleaser. Doesn't have a big body or alot of structure but should drink really well now and in the next couple of years. Personally after wasting tons of money on Burgundy that can't deliver adequate fruit this is refreshing. Great Value at under $30. 90-91Pts.

Golden colour; first some pine notes on the nose which developed into iodine notes on the nose an palate (2+ hours). Some "sweetness" which reminded me of a good Savennieres.
