Tasted by diver90. Aged beyond recommended time scale of 2004 quite nicely. Remarkable golden color. Fruit, oak and butter all blended incredibly. After being opened it gets better by the hour. I'm making smoked salmon appetizers with a bit of dill and a thin slice of radish and chilled, steamed shrimp right now to finish off the bottle. It's going to be a great night!
