Color: Garnet Nose & Palate: One bottle was distinctly turned, with a lot of prune and volatile acids on the palate and extreme green veggies. The second was starting to head over the hill, but still drinkable. 3o minutes more of air, however, and it's all veggies again. Bummer, I really wanted to taste a good Sierra Foothills Cab Franc. I like the community idea of this group winery/community in Loomis, however.
