Impatience got the best of us and we drank this, probably about a year too soon. It was tasty, with a lot of oak, blackcurrant and berry flavors, but it was still a little too fierce and heavy on the tannins and felt a little unbalanced. If you own this, wait until at least mid 2007.
If, like me, you're just impatient and want to drink it now, let it breathe for a little while. It gets better as it opens up.
