Our extremely limited 2005 Grant Street Vineyards Zinfandel fruit came from the Navone Ranch in Oakville, California. The grapes were picked in late October at 26 brix. The quality was outstanding! After de-stemming, the grapes were put into a small open top fermentor. After fermentation the wine was drained, pressed and inoculated with malo-lactic culture. The wine finished malo-lactic...
