Hints of cedar and oak, with layers of raspberry, plum, mocha, and currant. Firm tannins with big fruit flavors lead to a lengthy and persistent finish. It's a great wine to take to dinners with family and friends. We probably don't need to say that a wine like this will work best with a hearty red meat dish, but we will any way.
